Della Bella Minerals ships U.S.P.S Priority Mail and we have included a small handling fee.

Priority Envelope: Usually reserved for small brushes and samples. Most jars will not fit into this envelope, and some will depending on what and how much you are ordering. If you are ordering just a couple of items, this size may work. Feel free to call us in advance if you are not sure.

Priority "Video" Box: Most smaller orders will fit into this box; i.e, 1 foundation with a Set Me! Powder, bronzer, a brush or two, and a couple of Dew Anything Powders.

Priority Small Box: Most all orders will fit into this size box. Choose the next size larger for large orders.

Priority Large Box: The largest of the three Priorty boxes. We use this size for large order.

Choose the size you think is best, keeping the above descriptions in mind. If we need to use a larger size, we will adjust the charges accordingly. Email or call us (during our business hours) if you're unsure and need further guidance.

Please expect a 3 business day delay before your order actually ships. If we expect any further delay, product backorders, or we've discontinued an item, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order placement.

Please check our Company Holidays page as vacations and closings could affect your order status.

Please plan your needs ahead of time as we only fill orders as we receive them. Most Della Bella products are handcrafted and hand packaged. Also, we do not mix any of the mousse or cream foundations in advance to ensure that our customers receive a fresh, quality product.

We have a strict no-return policy. Once our minerals are shipped, we consider them contaminated and not re-sellable. We do offer samples for most all of our products and we highly recommend sampling as much Della Bella product as possible before buying full retail sizes to ensure your satisfaction. If you choose to purchase full sizes without trying samples first and decide you do not like what you purchased for any reason, (texture, color, etc.), please understand that we cannot make an exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sample sizes. Be sure to check out the "Samples Coupon" for deals with sample purchases!

When making color selections, please remember that computer monitors vary and so the color you recieve may be slighly different than what you see on your screen.

We will replace any goods that were received damaged or incorrect and offer EXCHANGES ONLY, no refunds. We require notification of any damaged items within 24 hours after your shipment arrives. Product replacement is limited to the product damaged and is not interchangeable. You may return and exchange defective brushes for up to 30 days after purchase. Some brushes may shed a little for the first week or so; this is normal and does not indicate a defective brush.

We do not offer drop-ship or C.O.D. We do accept both Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. If you'd like to pay with a money order or personal check, you may do so. Your order will be processed and shipped when payment is received and check has cleared the bank.

We do not accept orders placed through email, so please do not send credit card numbers or any other secure information through email.
