Once you have made an appointment with us, please click on create account to set up a personal account before you come in. This will expedite your check out process and you'll only have to do it one time.
For your first visit to our clinic, please arrive 15 minutes early prior to your scheduled appointment time as you will be required to fill out a comprehensive questionnaire (if you haven't done so from this site), which will help us to better serve you. Please be honest when filling out this form. If you do not fully disclose information asked, any services we may provide based on the information you give us could result in an unfavorable outcome, which we will not be liable for. The information you provide is in confidence and will not be shared with outside parties.
For the health and consideration of others, if you are ill please re-schedule your appointment for another time. Your aesthetician or other service provider, may see multiple people a day and can spread colds, flu, etc.
A credit card or Gift Certificate Number is required to hold an appointment. No Show-No-Call voids gift certificate and results in 100% charge of your scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 4-hours in advance are subject to a 25% service fee charge. Please keep in mind that "No-Shows" or last minute cancellations leave your aesthetician with an empty time slot, prevents other clients from scheduling appointments, and income loss to your aesthetician or service provider.
Appointments begin promptly as scheduled, so please be on time. If you require additional services ie; brow wax, please request it at the time you book your appointment as we can not guarantee time to perform last minute additions, though we will always try to accomodate you.
Late arrivals will not be given a time extension and will result in an adjustment to your service in order to keep us on schedule and on time for following guests.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel it necessary and in the best interest of the client.
We recommend you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost items.
For the consideration of others, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones and pagers upon arrival.
We love children, however we are not able to accommodate them during your visit.
Gift certificates are treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are for services and product only, and no refunds will be given for them.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on any retail purchases. Please ask for a sample for skin care or makeup products that you would like to try.
To receive package-priced discounts, the entire package must be purchased in advance.
